Email and Anti-Spam Policy

B2B Finance does not send, and does not allow others to send, unsolicited commercial email (spam) to promote b2bfinance.com or our services.

Our email. We send email only to people who have an existing relationship with us or who have asked to hear from us. This includes clients with an online account, people who have made an enquiry, and lenders and introducers we work with. We do not buy, rent or harvest email addresses. Marketing email is sent only with consent, as required by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe requests are acted on promptly.

Third parties. Introducers, partners, affiliates and any other third parties may not promote b2bfinance.com or our services by unsolicited email, SMS or other bulk messaging. Any third party found doing so will have their relationship with us ended.

Authorised senders. Legitimate email from b2bfinance.com is sent only through our authorised providers and is authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Email that claims to be from us but fails these checks is not from us.

Reporting abuse. If you have received unsolicited email promoting b2bfinance.com, please forward it, including the full headers if possible, to info@b2bfinance.com. We will investigate and take action.
