Bridging Link offers non-regulated bridging loans to small to large sized UK businesses that meet their criteria. They can lend a second charge on a main residential property for business purposes and can lend against an investment property (first or second charge), in so far as it does not qualify as a consumer buy to let. Bridging Link only lends in England and Wales.
